What does the program cost? R230.00 per year
How do I subscribe? Send an email to wayne@4jenterprises.co.za with a request to subscribe, I will email you an invoice and on receipt of payment you will be notified via mail of your subscription. One month before your subscription expires an email will be sent to you reminding you of the renewal.
What happens to my data when I no longer wish to subscribe?
If you no longer wish to subscribe notify us via email and we'll export your data to .csv and email the data to you.
Some of my reports don't display all the aircraft I'm rated on, why?
Start by capturing all your aircraft data first, then add your hours. Some reports check your aircraft data first then match the hours to the aircraft.
I use a different electronic logbook. Is it possible to transfer my hours to this logbook app?
Send us your data in text format, preferably comma/tab delimited and we'll import the data for you.
When adding my instructors I see a message that reads, 'This instructor is not pre-registered. Please contact administrator.'. Why?
The Logbook Endorsement module will allow an entry for an instructor only if that instructor has been registered and assigned a password for this program. If the instructor isn't registered then you won't be able to save the endorsement for that instructor. Contact 4J Enterprises from the About box to add the instructor.
